Are all these benefits available today?
No. The table describes the proposed tiers, not a guarantee that every tier-specific capability is available today. AI quotas, workspace limits and some paid features are still being prepared. Email alerts marked Planned are not available yet. Refer to the features available in your account.
How are AI credits used?
Each answer uses credits based on how much AI work it takes: a quick answer uses about 1–2 credits, and deeper research uses more. Proposed monthly credits are 200 for Free, 10,000 for Plus, 25,000 for Pro and 50,000 for Max. Credits reset each calendar month in Eastern Time. No automatic overage charges are offered on this page.
What do the workspace limits mean?
Free proposes 5 days of cloud storage with 5 notes per day; Plus proposes 30 days with 10 notes per day. Pro and Max propose unlimited days and notes. Retention behavior and what happens beyond a limit will be published before these limits take effect; this is not an automatic-deletion policy.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual mode shows an approximate monthly equivalent and the full annual charge. The annual total is the proposed amount billed once per year when subscriptions open; it is not a monthly installment.
Can I change plans, cancel, or request a refund?
When subscriptions open, an upgrade will charge the new plan’s full price. After successful payment, the new plan takes effect and a new billing period starts; the unused value of the old plan is refunded separately to the original payment method. A failed payment leaves the old plan unchanged. You can cancel renewal and keep access until the paid period ends. Downgrades and refunds for voluntary cancellation are not yet defined.
